Contact form now accessible, comments enabled

I recently enabled Drupal's contact module when I decided some of my work was reaching a quality level worthy of resale. Unfortunately I did not realize that Drupal defaults to disallowing anonymous use of the form. Having now noticed access denied messages for the form in my access logs, I've rectified the configuration and anonymous contact is now possible.

Since this site isn't yet a spam target, I've decided to enable (pre-screened) comments as well. This is a decision I may reverse if combating spam becomes an issue while human feedback remains minimal.
